Everyday Training is committed to helping the individual to release the potential within, helping to empower them to make effective decisions about education, employment and help ensure they are able to make successful progression throughout their lives, and to help them to add value to the social and economic wellbeing of the community.
We are dedicated to providing tailored services to help individuals in a range of situations which include young people still within education making important career choices, young people that have left education but have no work experience, individuals that have found themselves out of work after a period of time, and those in work who want to progress and improve their skills and qualifications further.
Whatever the challenges an individual faces when they come to Everyday Training they will receive the support they need, matching their individual requirements.
We are able to provide consultancy, training and directed facilitation services to schools, colleges and Academies in the provision of CEIAG. We are also able to supply vocational skills training to those in employment in a number of subjects. We work with organisations to help meet welfare to work services within the UK, in turn providing services on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and European Social Fund (ESF), which meet the needs of the Government, individual customers and employers.
We feel that in order to overcome the many barriers individuals face in todays economy we need to be creative and come up with unique solutions, whether it is to help those starting out on their career, or those that find themselves unemployed.
Everyday Training was established in April 2014 and is part of the Everyday Group of companies. The directors are made up of individuals that have accumulated over 50 years of experience helping individuals back into work, overcoming the barriers they face.
The directors of Everyday Training decided it was the right time to get involved and help address the growing needs to improve the basic functional skills of those looking to enter the work force, and have joined forces with PPDG to help deliver a programme of training to aid the unemployed into work.
Having worked closely with schools and as a company that hires many young people out of education, it is clear that there is a need to improve the careers advise and guidance provided to our young people. Many do not understand the basic requirements needed to apply for work or the importance of understanding what skills they have to offer an employer, or what an employer is looking for. For this reason we have also put together a competitive package to help schools deliver CEIAG, and thereby help students leaving education to be more informed and prepared for the world of work.
We are also looking to work closely with employers in order to deliver a number of learning packages for their staff, accredited and non-accredited. This will help to build the skills and qualifications of those already in work and will also help to reduce staff turnover and keep staff motivated.
