Donna Harris – Director of Training

(Co-Founder of Everyday Training)

Donna began her career within the Welfare to Work industry successfully managing welfare to work projects involving Lone Parents, 18-24 year olds and ethnic minority groups. Donna’s role gave her an insight into the number of individuals leaving education without the basic employment skills needed to succeed, and so returned to her role as a teacher in 2009 in order to help students leave education with not only qualifications, but self-belief and the employability skills needed to succeed. In her last 3 observations Donna has achieved Grade 1, Outstanding. Although Donna is very passionate about teaching, it was clear her impact was too localised, this led to the birth of Everyday Training as way to reach out further and help to develop the much needed employability skills of students further afield.
