Everyday Training can offer family focused solutions to help support positive choices and preparing informed career pathways. This can include helping families adapt to the transition from one level of education to another, or into work, to help them to have the confidence to learn , flourish and accomplish.

However Everyday Training will also be able to offer IAG to the families of your students within the community as part of our packages, to help families with IAG on employment, and providing employability skills training to the community your school is situated.

Our range of Everyday Families programmes include:

• One to one interviews to ensure your students have realistic plans and understand what is needed from them to fulfil them.
• Group sessions to help parents support their child’s career plans, and manage parent expectations.
• Workshops and short courses for students, parents and families within the community to develop employability skills.
• Access to professionally qualified careers advisors and trainers.
• Web resources for students and parents to access to assist them in their employment journey.
• Support in relation to Higher Education and the alternatives available.
