We will also stay in touch to ensure they settle in well and that you are happy with them too. We can then discuss any further development and training that can be offered to your new staff or existing staff to ensure they become an even more valuable asset to your organisation.

What we offer

• You will be provided with an account manager who will visit regularly in order to better understand the business, and ensure they are able to provide continuous support.
• Once a candidate has been placed with you we will then stay in touch to check you are both happy.
• We can offer tailored employee training and development courses that are specific to your business needs and sector. This will involve visits to you to help us understand what your requirements are.

Free Service

As part of the free recruitment service we will:

• Advertise your vacancy on the day it is registered with us
• Screen all candidates to you will only see those people that are right for the job
• Within 24 hours we will provide you with an update, and you will get a daily update after that
• Provide you with space within our centre to interview candidates (if you prefer)
• Ensure candidates are prepared and understand your business.

Once you have employed your new member of staff we are then able to work with you to develop their vocational skills further and therefore add value to your business, this includes Apprenticeships, and Commercial Training whether accredited or non accredited that meets the needs of your business.
